Strategy and Development

Based on basic capacity and foundations of IT with a strong organizational and financial restructuring in 2007, CMC has developed its 2010’s strategy which changes the sole focus on IT to a 3 steady field strategy of: IT – Telecommunication – eBusiness in which ICT remains the key field.

Objective of 3:5:1 in 2010

Revenue reaches over 5 hundred million USD (8,000 billion VND) in 2010.
The market value of the company exceeds 1 billion USD (16,000 billion VND) in 2010.

The ambitious objective of 3:5:1 is being implemented by CMC through the following orientations:

- Strong development of IT services with an average growth rate of 50% from now to the end of 2010;

- Direct investment, and associated operation to develop new technology-based telecommunication services;
- Direct investment, associated operation or through trading – merging services to strongly develop eBusiness services.
