CMC Corporation was approved the guildelines listed on HoSE | | December 17 2009, on the past, the Department of City Stock Exchange Ho Chi Minh City has approved in principle the listing of shares 63,536,267 (Sixty-three milion five hundred thirty six thousand two hundred sixty seven shares) of the CMC Corporation.
It is expected that the first share session of CMC Corporation with the securities code of CMG on the HOSE – Ho Chi Minh City trading floor will take place in mid-January 2010.
CMC Corporation is the second largest technology corporation in Vietnam, and is the pioneer in the development and application of advanced technologies, making a great contribution to IT and telecommunications development in Vietnam.
Having experienced 16 years of operation, CMC has remained the stable and high growth rate. In 2008, CMC attained the turnover of 2277 billion VND, increasing to 84% against 2007 and was expected to increase by more than 50% to reach 3600 billion VND revenue in 2009.
