November 7th, 2007, CMC Corp. held the launching ceremony of CMC Distribution. This was the sole member Co., Ltd directly under CMC Corp with charter capital of 50 billion VND.

November 12th, 2007, Board of Directors of CMC Corp. issued the official notice of establishing CMC Telecom under the form of Joint Stock Company with the charter capital of 100 billion VND, in which CMC Corp. contributed to 71.4 % of legal capital. The launching ceremony of CMC Telecom would be stately held on November 21st in Hanoi.
